Introduction

Welcome to ESET Connect Documentation.

The ESET Connect is an API gateway between a client and a collection of ESET backend services. ESET Connect acts as a reverse proxy to accept all application programming interface (API) calls, aggregate the various services required to fulfill them and return the appropriate result.

ESET APIs and future API integrations built on top of the API Gateway will offer the possibility to automate monitoring, security, and administration activities.

This documentation will help you understand how to start using the API and API integrations, including authentification, construction of API endpoint URIs, response status codes, error handling, pagination and rate limits.
