The ESET integration with Arctic Wolf is designed to be seamless and scalable. During onboarding, customers securely provide a set of properly scoped API credentials from ESET to their Arctic Wolf Concierge Security Team architect. With these credentials, the Arctic Wolf Concierge Security Team connects ESET Inspect to the Arctic Wolf Platform. Concierge Security Engineers can then analyze and investigate any events generated from the ESET Inspect, correlating them with other sources of customer security data. The Arctic Wolf team will promptly notify and offer remediation guidance, ensuring accurate identification of true or false positives. Following remediation, the Arctic Wolf Team will offer strategic guidance to fortify defenses against future threats.
