EFDE Client deployment

To encrypt disks on the managed workstation, EFDE client must be installed.

warning

Due to a known issue, you cannot create a Live Installer from ESET PROTECT for EFDE for macOS.

The recommended deployment process is to deploy ESET Management Agent on the target workstation and then deploy the EFDE for macOS via the Software Install Task or Computers Details Encryption Wizard.

You can perform deployment of EFDE client in three different ways:

•Create All-in-one Installer

•Software Install Task

•Enable Encryption Wizard
