Manage multiple Organizations

For managed service providers (MSPs) or companies with multiple sites, it is easy to control and manage separate sites using ESET Endpoint Encryption Server by creating separate Organizations.

Each Organization has its encryption keys, Users, Workstations, and Policies. Admin can share ESET Endpoint Encryption Client licenses across multiple Organizations, which makes purchasing and renewing licenses easier.

All Organizations are part of the same ESET Endpoint Encryption Server installation, which means creating backups and migrating to a new host in the future is easier than having individual installations at each site.

Some features (such as Active Directory synchronization and Self Enrollment) require the ESET Endpoint Encryption Server host machine to be joined to the same domain as the ESET Endpoint Encryption Clients.

To create a new Organization, proceed as follows:

1.In ESET Endpoint Encryption Server, switch to Control Panel.

2.In Administration, select Organizations.

3.Click Create.

4.In Create Organization, fill in Organization Name and Proxy ID.
