Legacy application automatic upgrade

Your ESET application version is reaching End of Life. To ensure maximum protection, it must be upgraded to the latest version. If you choose not to upgrade, your legacy application will stop receiving module updates in the upcoming weeks and your protection will deteriorate significantly.

Each new version of ESET applications feature many bugfixes and improvements. Existing customers with a valid subscription for an ESET application may upgrade to the latest version of the same application for free.

To finish the installation:

  1. Click Upgrade now to accept the Terms of use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You cannot revert to the previous version.
  2. Click Allow all or select ESET LiveGrid® feedback system only if you want to participate and confirm by clicking Allow selected. Click Close if you do not want to participate.
  3. After activating the new ESET application with your activation key, the Home page will be displayed. If your subscription information is not found, continue with a new trial subscription. If your subscription used in the previous application is not valid, activate your ESET application.
  1. A device restart is required to complete the installation.

Note

In an offline environment, for some application versions, the alerts start one month earlier than for online devices.
