On-premises administrators must ensure that their firewall and network settings allow the DEM Kaseya plugin to reach their Kaseya server on port 443. The DEM Kaseya plugin server IP address is 40.118.201.244. |
During the first log in into the ESET DEM plugin for Kaseya VSA, a window asking you to allow access for the application to your account should be displayed.
Click Allow.
