Description

ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate

The ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate is developed by ESET in cooperation with ConnectWise Automate to deploy, manage and report on ESET endpoint products within your ConnectWise Automate Console.

ESET Business Account (EBA)

https://eba.eset.com/

ESET Business Account (EBA) allows MSP/ESET business license owners to manage all of their licenses in one place. After adding licenses to the ESET Business Account portal or importing licenses from ESET License Administrator (ELA) to the ESET Business Account portal, you can share the number of seats your license includes among sites, and you can enroll people you trust to help you manage your licenses.

ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA 2)

https://ema.eset.com/

ESET MSP Administrator 2 (EMA 2) is a license management system for ESET MSP partners. MSP administrators can use EMA 2 for license management, license usage reporting, user rights management and MSP customer management.

To view license utilization

Log into ESET Business Account using your credentials. From EBA, you can view activated endpoints and total license utilization, download a license file or offline license file and deactivate endpoints if necessary.

note

ConnectWise Automate MSPs cannot increase license count within EBA. You must contact your ConnectWise Automate representative to adjust license quantities.
