ConnectWise Automate partners contact their ConnectWise Automate representative to purchase subscriptions and to adjust application subscription capacity.

The three most important components for an ESET ConnectWise Automate MSP/plugin user are the ESET Business Account (EBA), ESET MSP Administrator 2 and their successor ESET PROTECT Hub.

ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate	The ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate is developed by ESET in cooperation with ConnectWise Automate to deploy, manage and report on ESET endpoint applications within your ConnectWise Automate console.
ESET Business Account https://eba.eset.com/	ESET Business Account allows MSP/ESET business subscription owners to manage all of their subscriptions in one place. After adding a subscription to the ESET Business Account, you can share the number of seats your subscription includes among sites, and you can enroll people you trust to help you manage your subscriptions.
ESET MSP Administrator https://ema.eset.com/	ESET MSP Administrator 2 is a subscription management system for ESET MSP partners. MSP administrators can use ESET MSP Administrator 2 for subscription management, subscription usage reporting, user rights management and MSP customer management.
ESET PROTECT Hub http://hub.eset.com	ESET PROTECT Hub replaces the ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator 2 subscription management portals. It provides centralized identity, subscription and user management for all ESET offerings and users. ESET PROTECT Hub aggregates functionality from multiple solutions in one place, serving different roles within the distribution hierarchy.

To view subscription utilization

Log into ESET Business Account using your credentials. From ESET Business Account, you can view activated endpoints and total subscription utilization, download a activation file or offline activation file and deactivate endpoints if necessary.

ConnectWise Automate MSPs cannot increase subscription capacity within ESET Business Account. You must contact your ConnectWise Automate representative to adjust the subscription capacity.
