Install plugin

Before you can you use the ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate you need to install the plugin from the Solution Center in the ConnectWise Automate server.

Basic navigation

•In the top of the screen, next to the Direct Endpoint Management name, you can find the product navigation icon that helps you navigate between ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate and your other products: ESET PROTECT, ESET Inspect, ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator (you can access respective products based on your subscription and access rights).

•The number of alerts are displayed next to the alerts icon . Click the alerts icon to expand a view with the list of alerts. Click the alert in the list to view the message.

•Use the main menu options on the left to navigate ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate.

•Leave the plugin interface by closing the window.
