Install plugin

Before you can use the ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate, you need to install the plugin from the Solution Center in the ConnectWise Automate server.

Configure plugin connection

Use the Connection Wizard to establish an API connection between ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate, ESET MSP Administrator/ESET PROTECT Hub and ESET PROTECT for automatic subscriptions synchronization and availability of some advanced features provided to the plugin by the ESET PROTECT.

Basic plugin navigation

•In the top of the screen, next to the Direct Endpoint Management name, you can find the product navigation Product navigation icon that helps you navigate between ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate and your other products: ESET PROTECT, ESET Inspect, ESET Business Account and ESET MSP Administrator (you can access respective products based on your subscription and access rights).

•The number of alerts is displayed next to the alerts icon Alerts. Click the alerts icon Alerts to expand a view with the list of alerts. Click the alert in the list to view the message. Click the x icon in the message to clear the message. Click the alerts icon Alerts again to close the list of alerts.

•Use the main menu options to navigate ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate.

•Leave the plugin interface by closing the window.
