Review test campaign results

All targets receive a phishing email. If you used the suggested template, the email contains an "urgent notification!" about malware. Do not click the link yet.

Note

If a phishing email is not received, verify all applicable IP addresses and email headers are whitelisted. Contact the manufacturer or visit their website if you use a third-party tool to block spam email.

1.Log in to ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training Admin portal.

2.In the menu, click Tests/Campaigns > Manage Tests.

3.Next to the applicable test campaign, click View.

4.Review the list to determine the number of emails that were sent successfully and those that bounced or encountered errors.

5.If you choose to assign training to targets that respond to the phishing attack, an email containing a link to the appropriate training course is sent.

6.To review test campaign data again, repeat Steps 2-4. The information is updated and reflects the number of users who clicked a phishing test link.
