Safelist IP addresses and email headers
Safelisting allows portal-simulated phishing emails to bypass your mail filter. For Portal simulations to function properly, ESET Phishing Simulator IP addresses must be safelisted in your spam filter. Some systems require safelisting by email headers to ensure users receive the phishing simulator test emails.
•To manage ESET product safelists, refer to the Configure Approved (safelist), Blocked (blocklist) and Ignored (exceptions) lists in ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Knowledgebase article.
