Safelist IP addresses and email headers

Safelisting allows portal-simulated phishing emails to bypass your mail filter. For Portal simulations to function properly, ESET Phishing Simulator IP addresses must be safelisted in your spam filter. Some systems require safelisting by email headers to ensure users receive the phishing simulator test emails.

To manage ESET product safelists, refer to the Configure Approved (safelist), Blocked (blocklist) and Ignored (exceptions) lists in ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Knowledgebase article.

To manage Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016 or Microsoft Office 365 safelists, and other platforms, refer to the user guide in the ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training Admin portal.

Note

The in-product user guide contains many settings not required for basic training and phishing simulations. The user guide you are currently using is tailored to most needs.

Additional configurations may be required to allow landing pages.
