Verify setting correctness for your dedicated API (read-only) user in ESET MSP Administrator. Ensure that you have activated integrations for this user.

Default ESET PSA plugin agent installation folder

ESET PSA plugin agent executable and logs are located at the following path: C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET PSA Plugin Agent. Run the ePluginAgentConfig.exe file to modify your current ESET PROTECT Connection.
