New additions to ESET MDR

For our ESET MDR service customers, we are introducing several enhancements to the ESET MDR dashboard and reports, like improved usability and new widgets that provide deeper insights. We also bring new incident statuses to offer better clarity on the current state of incidents. Learn more

New types of incident notifications

We are happy to bring to you new notifications about the incidents to keep you updated on-the-go: one informing about the incidents requiring user input and another for incident status changes. And for our customers with the ESET MDR service, these notifications will be automatically delivered to your mailbox.

Please note that these notifications require a new version of ESET Inspect, aimed for release in the upcoming weeks. Learn more

Automatic installation and activation of the security product

To ensure that security products are always activated, we've added a feature that checks for non-activated products and allows automatic activation. This setting is available for Windows, macOS and Linux devices within your network. Additionally, for Windows devices, we've included an option to install the security product if it's not already installed.

To enable these automation features, go to the Quick Links menu and select "Set up protection". Learn more
