Managed Customers

Important

The Managed customers Managed Customers section in the main ESET PROTECT On-Prem menu is available only to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) users.

In the Managed customers Managed Customers section, the MSP user can see the list of managed customers:

•Click the customer name to see the customer details—these are static group details because the static groups in ESET PROTECT On-Prem represent the customers

•Click a number in the table for details about the customer's devices, detections (unresolved) and licenses

You can customize the main table (adjust the visible columns, add or remove columns).

Filtering managed customers

You can filter the managed customers by customer name:

•In Managed customers Managed Customers—To filter, click Add Filter:

1.In some filters, you can select the operator by clicking the operator icon next to the filter name (the available operators depend on the filter type):

Equals equals

Does not equal doesn't equal

Greater than greater than

Greater than or equal to greater or equal

Less than less than

Less than or equal to less or equal

Contains contains

Starts with starts with

Ends with ends with

Is one of is one of

Has no value has no value

Has value has value

2.Select one or more items from the list. Type a search string or select the items from the drop-down menu in the filter fields.

3.Press Enter. Active filters are highlighted in blue. You can also use filter presets

•In other Web Console sections—Dashboard, when scheduling or generating a report
