ESET Connect APIs fully support the multitenancy model. Multiple tenants of one organization share the same API infrastructure but operate in isolated environments.

To achieve the desired resource or section, grant users access rights in ESET Business Account, ESET MSP Administrator 2 or ESET PROTECT Hub. For more granular permissions, refer to the ESET PROTECT Cloud console.
