Multitenancy

ESET Connect APIs fully support the multitenancy model. Multiple tenants of one organization share the same API infrastructure but operate in isolated environments.

To achieve your requirements for a specific resource or section, the required access rights must be granted to the user in the ESET Business Account or ESET MSP Administrator. For more granular permissions, see the ESET PROTECT Cloud console.
