We recommend that you open the ESET Secure Authentication (ESA) Web Console from the ESET PROTECT Hub/ESET Business Account/ESET MSP Administrator. This way, you will be logged into your ESET account and ESA simultaneously.

To access ESA, open a web browser and navigate to https://esac.eset.com. Once on the login page, you will see fields where you can type your username (email) and password, along with links and controls for password recovery and language selection. The login page includes the following elements:

Forgotten password—Click the Forgotten password link to recover or reset your ESA password.
Language selector—Click the language name at the bottom of the page to change the display language of the login screen.
Log in—After entering your credentials, click the Log in button to authenticate and access the ESA Web Console.

Login IP address lockout

After 10 unsuccessful login attempts from the same IP address (for example, using incorrect login credentials), further login attempts from this IP address are temporarily blocked. After 15 minutes, log in using the correct credentials. The IP address ban on login attempts does not affect existing sessions.
