Configuration

The API is disabled by default and must be enabled before use. Once enabled, API credentials must be created to authorize requests.

Enabling API and configuring API credentials in ESA Web Console

1.Launch the ESET Secure Authentication Cloud Early Access Web Console and navigate to the Settings > API Credentials.

2.If prompted, select a company.

3.Click the Create Credentials action to create a new set of credentials.

4.Enter the desired name, select the Auth API or Management API check box or both. Click Create.

5.The account ID and password displays.

6.Select the check box next to the created credentials and click Enable.

7.In the dialog box, click Enable.

To disable certain API credentials:

1.Select the check box next to the particular credentials and click Disable.

2.In the dialog box, click Disable.
