System requirements

The ESET Secure Authentication mobile app is compatible with the following mobile phone operating systems:

•iOS 15 to iOS 26.2.1

•Android 9 to Android 16—Google Play Services 10.2.6 are required for push notifications.

The permission to access the camera is required to scan the QR code.

Internet connection is required for:

•download and installation of the app

•provisioning process

•push functionality

Internet connection is not required for the One-Time Passwords (OTP).
