Android

1.On your Android device, open the Google Play Store and search for “ESET Secure Authentication”, or open the Play Store page directly.

2.Tap Install.

3.When installation finishes, tap Open.

4.You will see a short onboarding tour, and you must accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to continue.

5.Continue with Getting started.

iOS

1.Open the App Store app.

2.Tap Search (bottom-right) and type: ESET Secure Authentication.

3.In results, select ESET Secure Authentication and verify the developer is ESET, spol. s r.o.

4.Tap Get (or the download/cloud icon).

5.When prompted, authenticate the installation by double‑clicking the side button (Face ID devices) or using Touch ID, or type your Apple Account password if asked.

6.When installation finishes, tap Open.

7.You will see a short onboarding tour, and you must accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to continue.

8.Continue with Getting started.
