Forgotten app PIN
If you forget the PIN that protects the ESET Secure Authentication mobile app, you can regain access by resetting application data from the PIN screen. This reset returns the app to a clean state, and you will need to add your account(s) again.

Resetting application data permanently deletes all accounts, application data, and settings stored in the app. This action cannot be undone. |
1.Open the ESET Secure Authentication mobile app.
2.On the PIN code screen, tap Forgot PIN.
3.On the Reset application data screen, read the warning and tap Proceed.
4.On the Confirm reset screen, tap Confirm reset to complete the reset.
The app is reset and opens in a clean state. You must re-add your account(s) to use the app again.
