If you have a mobile device managed by your company, the Mobile Device Management (MDM) policy might block the creation of new VPN profiles on both Android and iOS devices. Due to this technical limitation, ESET NetProtect Go is unable to create and activate its own VPN profile, which means it cannot filter DNS traffic.

To unblock the creation of VPN profiles, request an exception from the company administrators for the ESET NetProtect Go application. In your request include the following information:

iOS

bundle ID: com.eset.NetProtectGo

Android

package name: com.eset.netprotect.gp

When a third-party VPN service is active with Always On VPN enabled, ESET NetProtect Go cannot create or switch to its own VPN profile. It is advised to deactivate the third-party VPN service.
