Apple's iCloud Private Relay and ESET NetProtect Go
If you are using ESET NetProtect Go on an iOS device, please be aware that Apple's iCloud Private Relay feature can interfere with the functionality of ESET NetProtect Go. When Private Relay is enabled, the traffic of Safari browser bypasses the secure DNS resolver, meaning that your Safari traffic is not protected by ESET NetProtect. This may leave you unprotected from malicious websites, explicit content, or any other security settings you have configured.

For full protection and proper functionality of ESET NetProtect Go, we recommend disabling Private Relay:
1.Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2.Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3.Go to iCloud > Private Relay.
4.Disable Private Relay.
By disabling Private Relay, your DNS traffic will be securely routed through ESET NetProtect, ensuring your browsing is safe and protected according to your security settings. We respect your privacy and do not monitor your network traffic. The goal is to provide you with the highest level of security without compromising your personal data.
