Registration
To create your Identity protection account, follow the instructions below:
1.After clicking the Create your account button in the registration email from ESET, you will be redirected to the Identity Protection web portal.
2.Type your email address, name, date of birth.
3.Select the country.
4.Type your mobile number.
5.Click Next.
6.Type your address, including street, city, state, and ZIP code.
7.Click Next.
8.Select the By checking this box, I agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice check box.
9.Click Agree & Continue.
10.Create the password you will use to log in to the Identity Protection.

Password requirements: •at least eight characters •at least one uppercase •at least one lowercase •at least one number •at least one special character (,.? etc.) |
11.Confirm the password.
12.Choose the security questions and type the answers.
13.Click Next.
14.Select the delivery method for the 2FA code from the drop-down menu:
a)Email
b)Text message
c)Voice call
15.Click Next.
16.Click Done to complete the registration, and you will be redirected to the Identity Protection dashboard.

When you use the credit monitoring service, click the Authenticate to verify your identity first. |
17.Type your Social Security Number and click Submit.
18.Verify your Identity by clicking the Call My Phone or Send Me A Text Message button.
19.Type the 5-digit passcode and click Verify My Identity.
20.Click Continue and get started using the Identity Protection portal.
