Product activation

To activate the Identity Protection security feature, follow the steps below:

Impact of purchasing new subscription

If the subscription is not renewed and a new one is purchased, existing Identity Protection will not be transferred to the new subscription.

1.Log in to your ESET HOME account.

2.In the side menu, click Members.

3.Click your profile as account owner.

4.From the side menu, choose Identity Protection.

5.Click +Add protection.

6.Select the subscription if you have more than one eligible, and click Continue.

7.Click Activate, and instructions will be sent to your email address.
