Navigation
On the home screen, click your name in the upper-right corner, and the following options in the Navigation section are available:
Manage Account
To update your personal information, click Edit next to the sections below:
•My Account
•Password
•Security Questions
•Preferences
•Two-Factor Authentication
•Billing Information
•Family Protection
Protection Plan
This section displays your current protection and a list of its services. Click the + sign in the Protection Plan table to view more information about the specific item included in the package.
My Services
This section displays the date of the last scan and activation status for the following features:
•Monitor
•Alert
•Credit
•Control
•Recover
Log Out
Finish your session and disconnect from the ESET Identity Protection web portal by clicking the Log Out button.
Manage Family Protection
You can add personal information for up to ten children and enable the creation of an account for one adult.
Adding the child members
1.Click +Add Child Monitoring.
2.Type the first name, last name, and date of birth and click Continue.
3.Type your Social Security Number.
4.Confirm Social Security Number.
5.Click Next.
6.Type the Email address, Phone, and Medical Insurance.
7.Read the Terms of Use and select the I agree to the Terms of Use check box.
8.Click Save.
You receive the Account setup completed pop-up. Now you are logged in under the newly created profile, and you can switch the profile anytime by clicking the name in the upper corner > Switch Account.
Adding the household adult member
Provide the personal information for the household adult member to allow the user to create an account on ESET Identity Protection via email:
1.Click +Add An Adult Household Member.
2. Type the first name, last name, date of birth, and email address and click Continue. You will receive the Member added successfully pop-up, and the registration email will be sent to the given email address.
In the received mail, the user must click the Create your online account button and follow the steps in the Registration topic.
Remove child/household adult member
To remove the specific member, follow the instructions below:
1.Click the name in the upper corner > Manage Family Protection.
2.Click Remove (name of the member) > Yes, Remove to confirm.
