If you purchased a subscription, you should receive two emails from ESET. The first email contains information about the ESET Business Account portal. The second email contains details about your Activation Key (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), Subscription Code (XXX-XXX-XXX), application name (or list of applications) and quantity.

ESET Endpoint Security features will be available based on the type of subscription purchased. If your subscription does not include all security features, an alert is displayed in the main application menu > overview offering you to Get full protection with an upgraded subscription.
