Protected websites

ESET Endpoint Security contains a built-in list of predefined websites that will trigger a protected browser to open. You can add a website or edit the list of websites in the product configuration.

The Protected websites list can be viewed and edited in Advanced setup (F5) > Web and email > Secure Browser > Basic > Protected websites > Edit.

The window consists of:

Columns

Website – Protected website.

Secured browser – The ESET logo will be displayed around the border of your browser during secured browsing.

Normal browser – Selecting this option to continue in your default web browser (for example a banking transaction).

Control elements

Add – Allows you to add a website to the list of known websites.

Edit – Allows you to edit the selected entries.

Delete – Removes selected entries.
