To ensure a quick and successful resolution of your problem, we recommend the following when creating a support ticket:

Include information such as license details, product name, product version, and operating system.

Describe your problem in detail.

Attach screenshots or a video of your problem.

Attach logs from ESET LogCollector.

ESET LogCollector

ESET LogColletor creates logs with important information that can help support and developers identify issues you encountered using ESET Endpoint Antivirus for macOS.

You can find more detailed information on ESET LogCollector in the ESET Knowledgebase article. The article may not be available in all languages.

To create logs with ESET LogCollector:

1.Download ESET LogCollector.

2.Open the eset_logcollector.dmg file and run the LogCollector app.

3.Follow the onscreen instruction to create logs.

Tips on using ESET LogCollector

To create more detailed logs for ESET support, in the Replication section, click the gear icon to open advanced options.

Do not start the replication before you are ready to recreate the issue and the steps that led you to it.

After the log files are created, you can find them on your desktop as customer_info.zip. Attach this file to your support request.
