Move a license to another EBA account

To move a license to another EBA account, follow these steps:

1.Delete the license from the current EBA account:

I.Navigate to Licenses, click the specific license, and select Remove.

II.To leave the activated devices intact, do not select Deactivate all units.

III.Click Remove.

2.Import the license to the other EBA account:

I.Click Licenses > Add license > Enter license key.

II.Type the license key and click Add license.

III.In the Add license dialog, select Keep to leave the activated devices intact.

IV.If the license is registered with a different email address than your EBA account, a verification link (valid for 24 hours) is delivered to that email address. Click the link and type your ESET Business Account portal login credentials if requested.
