Edit stored ESET licenses

Follow these steps to edit one or more existing licenses stored in the plugin:

Edit a single license

1.In the ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate, click Licenses.

2.Select the check box next to the desired license.

3.Click the Edit License button.

4.Edit the values in the available text fields.

Different license types

There are different text fields available to edit for specific license types.

5.Click Save.

Edit multiple licenses

important

Select the correct license type

You can only edit multiple ESET Security Product licenses with Public License ID.

You cannot edit multiple ESET Endpoint Encryption licenses, ESET Security Product licenses with License Key or combine them with ESET Security Product license with Public License ID.

1.In the ESET Direct Endpoint Management plugin for ConnectWise Automate, click Licenses.

2.Select the check box next to two or more ESET Security Product licenses with Public License ID.

3.Click the Edit Licenses button.

4.Edit the values in the available text fields.

5.Click Save.
