ConnectWise Automate Report Center reports

Install the Report Center Plugin first

To use reports in the Report Center, ensure that this plugin is enabled in the Plugin Manager. Visit Installing the Report Center for more information on enabling the Report Center plugin.

The following reports are available in Report Center:

ESET Active Detections: List of threats with "No" for Handled status. Perform a full scan as soon as possible. If unresolved after 24 hours,updates to "Unresolved" status.

ESET Application version status: Number of "Current" and "Out of Date" computers with installed ESET software.

ESET Computer Statuses: Distribution of "Protected" and "Windows updates available" computers with installed ESET software.

ESET Last Scan: Distribution of computers based on amount of time since the last initiated scan. Values range from 0 day(s) to 7+ days.

ESET Last Update: Distribution of computers based on amount of time since the last detection engine (virus database) update. Values range from 0 day(s) to 7+ days.

ESET Protection Status: Distribution of computers based on their protection status. Possible values: Not Protected, Protected and OK, Protected and Not OK.

ESET Scans in last 30 days: Log of scans performed in the last 30 days.

ESET Top computers with detections in the last 7 days: Computers (name and threat count) with most threats in the last 7 days.

ESET Top Detections in the last 7 days: Most common threats detected in the last 7 days.
 

To view or customize a report:

1.On your ConnectWise Automate server, open a new instance of ConnectWise Automate Control Center.

2.Click Tools > Report Center.

3.Select the applicable report.

4.To filter the report by client and location, use Quick Filters.

5.Click View Report.
