CMDM Setup

Based on what type of mobile devices you are planning to manage and in what management mode, there are different steps required to be completed before you can start managing the mobile devices.

Currently CMDM supports four types of enrollment of mobile devices:

•Android enrollment

•Android Device Owner enrollment

•iOS enrollment

•iOS ABM enrollment

From this list, only iOS ABM enrollment currently requires additional steps to be completed, before the iOS ABM enrollment can be performed.

First you need to enable ABM synchronization in your ESET PROTECT Cloud Web Console.

To do so navigate to More > Settings > Apple Business Managed (ABM) synchronization.
