Get started with your ESET PROTECT Hub account
For a more streamlined and secure experience, subscriptions previously added to ESET PROTECT On-Prem via an activation key can now be linked to an ESET account through one of our subscription management platforms: ESET PROTECT Hub or ESET Business Account. If you have not done so already, create an ESET PROTECT Hub account or log in to your existing one to get started.
Going forward, all new subscriptions must be added through a subscription management platform. Existing subscriptions will continue to appear in ESET PROTECT On-Prem, but you will need to link them to an account to manage them.
Why link your subscription?
Linking your subscriptions to an ESET account unlocks powerful benefits:
•Centralized identity, subscription, and user management across all ESET platforms.
•A clear overview of your subscriptions with status and usage insights.
•Granular access control for individual ESET platforms.
•Single sign-in for all linked platforms.

Check if your subscriptions are synchronized
Follow these steps to ensure your subscriptions in ESET PROTECT On-Prem are synchronized with a subscription management platform:
1.Go to the Subscription Management section to check if any subscriptions are missing a linked account.
2.If you find a subscription without a linked account, log in to or create an account on the appropriate subscription management platform for the subscription owner. Then, add the subscription to the platform.
3.The subscription will synchronize automatically with your ESET PROTECT On-Prem once linked to your account.
