ESET Management Agent versioning and support
The Support Policy Category B in the ESET End of Life Policy determines the support level (Full Support/Limited Support/End of Life) and the support end dates for the ESET Management Agent. The latest ESET Management Agent version compatible with ESET PROTECT On-Prem 13.0 is Agent 13.0.
We recommend using the latest ESET Management Agent to fully manage the latest version of ESET security applications and their features. If you use an earlier ESET Management Agent version than the ESET PROTECT Server version, some of the latest management features might not be available.

Earlier ESET security applications ESET security application versions earlier than those shown in the table below are not manageable using ESET PROTECT On-Prem 13.0. When the ESET security application version reaches the End of Life: •The application may stop functioning. •Remote management via the ESET Management Agent may no longer work. •An application upgrade to a later version may not be possible. For more information about compatibility, visit the End of Life policy for ESET business applications. |
