Forgotten password on my.eset.com

If you are unable to locate your my.eset.com account credentials, visit my.eset.com and click I forgot my password above the Sign in button.

Type the email address that you have registered with ESET into the Email address field. We will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

After you click Send, an email containing a link to your account and instructions on how to reset the password for your my.eset.com account will be sent to the email address you supplied.

Click the link to your account to continue. To set up a new password, type your desired password into the Enter new password and Confirm new password fields and click Confirm change.

 
I have not received any email with instructions for resetting my password

In this case, try one of the following until you receive the instructions:

1.Ensure that you entered the corresponding email address that you entered during the registration on my.eset.com or during the activation of ESET Anti-Theft feature in ESET Windows home products. The my.eset.com web interface does not tell you whether the email address you entered to the system is the correct one due to security reasons.

2.Check

oSpam or Junk folder in your email account

oother secondary inbox folders: Mark noreply@eset.com as a safe address in your email client

oGmail users: Look into the Promotions folder hmtoggle_plus0 How to look in the Promotions folder?

3.Reenter the email address again and click Submit. The email address needs to be the one you used for registration (as mentioned in step 1.).

4.If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact ESET Customer Care.
