Set up ESET PROTECT Cloud users in ESET MSP Administrator

To create users in ESET PROTECT Cloud, you must re-create ESET PROTECT native users in ESET MSP Administrator:

1.Log in to ESET MSP Administrator.

2.Click User management.

3.Click New User.

4.Type the first and last name in the respective fields.

5.Type an active email address. The user can change this email address later.

6.Select the applicable Country.

7.When using an ESET MSP Administrator account with a cloud eligible license, select the appropriate ESET PROTECT Cloud language.

8.Next to Access Rights, select the applicable user permission option. Review the permissions topic for more information.

9.If you select an option other than Write:

a)Click Add customer and select the applicable customers.

b)Assign respective Access for each added company.

10.When using an ESET MSP Administrator account with a cloud eligible license, next to ESET PROTECT Cloud access select the applicable user permission. Review the cloud permissions topic for more information.

11.Click Create user.

12.Repeat steps 3-11 for all users.
