AI Conversation Security

AI Conversation Security scans every ChatGPT response for references to potentially unreliable or unsafe sources, as well as for malicious code. Scanning runs automatically in the background, so your browsing remains uninterrupted.

When a ChatGPT response is evaluated as problematic, a warning or alert icon appears in the corner of the flagged element (source link, script):

Warning icon Warning—The response references content from a source we identified as potentially unreliable.

Alert icon Alert—The response references an unsafe source or contains malicious code.

Hovering over the warning/alert icon displays an explanation of the detected issue.

Note

Source link scanning

Some ChatGPT responses that reference multiple sources include a Sources section below the response. Clicking it displays all source links. Any link identified as problematic is marked with a warning or alert icon. Hovering over the icon displays the issue explanation.

Secure search

Click the toggle icon Toggle next to Scan search results to enable the feature and see which results are safe to click. Secure search evaluates listed link addresses and does not necessarily mean the website does not contain malware. Our detection engine then detects any malware on the website.

Regular cleanup—Click the toggle icon MODULE_INACTIVE next to Regular cleanup to enable and set up the feature. Select the time frequency from the drop-down menu and the data type you want to delete regularly. You can choose from private option and custom selections.
