How to resolve product deactivation from myESET

Product not activated

This error message appears when the license owner deactivates your ESET Smart Security Premium from myESET portal or the license shared with your myESET account is no longer shared. To resolve this issue:

Click Activate and use one of the Activation methods to activate ESET Smart Security Premium.

Contact the license owner with information that your ESET Smart Security Premium has been deactivated by the license owner or the license is no longer shared with you. The owner can solve the problem in the myESET management portal.

Product deactivated, device disconnected

This error message appears after removing a device from the myESET management portal. To resolve this issue:

Click Activate and use one of the Activation methods to activate ESET Smart Security Premium.

Contact the license owner with information that your ESET Smart Security Premium has been deactivated and the device has been disconnected from myESET.

If you are the license owner and unaware of these changes, review your myESET management portal Activity feed. If you find any suspicious activity, change your myESET account password and contact ESET Technical Support.
