Webgui cannot bind to network interface
Issue
When webgui is set to use specific ip address, and the required network interface is down, at the time of starting application, webgui does not bind to this interface.
In system logs, a corresponding error message is displayed:

Workaround
Restart the application:
sudo systemctl restart efs |
or
Disable and enable the webgui:
sudo /opt/eset/efs/sbin/setgui -d sudo /opt/eset/efs/sbin/setgui -e |
