Warning

Installation without web access protection is permanent, and upgrades without the environment variable ESET_DISABLE_NFTABLES=1 do not enable it, and it will install only necessary web access protection dependencies; this also applies to PCU updates.

Application upgrades need to be done always with the environment variable ESET_DISABLE_NFTABLES=1.

Installation without web access protection also disables the network isolation feature.

Installation without web access protection results in ICAP IP addresses allow list to not be usable. If it is set up to allow only specific IP addresses and not all IP addresses (the default value), it will fail to start with an error specifying this reason.

Clean installation is needed for application with web access protection.
