Dashboard
The Dashboard is a collection of widgets that provide an overview of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security activities. The Dashboard provides essential information in each of its overview tabs (Overview, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Team groups, SharePoint sites, Gmail, Google Drive, ESET LiveGuard Advanced plus your custom tabs). The Overview is the main screen of the Dashboard that you see every time you log into the ESET Cloud Office Security console. It displays general and statistical information.
The Dashboard aims to be intuitive with an interactive interface. It uses a responsive design. You can customize it by changing its layout, choosing what widgets to display, resizing and rearranging their position, changing the order of the tabs to suit you, or even adding new custom tabs.
Use filters:
•You can select All tenants, a single tenant, or several specific tenants for which you want to see statistics.
•Use the Time period filter to display only data for that period. Select Today, This week, This month, Last number of days, Previous week, Previous month, or Custom. When you select Custom, you can specify a range (date from and date to).
The Dashboard refresh interval is 10 minutes. If you do not see the latest information in your Dashboard, use the refresh icon on the upper-right side, next to the Edit mode button, or press F5 to refresh it manually. |
Click Edit mode to begin the Dashboard customization. Add a new widget from the drop-down menu of pre-defined widgets, or remove an existing one by clicking the trashcan icon in the top-right corner of a widget. Rearrange widgets by moving them around and resizing (stretching or shrinking a widget) to fit your preference. After you are satisfied with the new layout, click Save changes.
If you want to start over or revert to the original layout, click Reset to default. To revert the last modifications and keep the previous state, click Discard changes while still in the Edit mode. The Discard changes function automatically exits the Edit mode, similar to Cancel. This way, you can customize each Dashboard tab. You can add a custom one by clicking the + sign next to the last tab. After adding a new custom tab, you can rename it and add any widgets you choose, arranging them as you like.
The Dashboard uses a responsive design and has several breakpoints that adjust by device type, such as mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. What breakpoint is used depends on the device screen resolution on which the Dashboard is displayed. Each breakpoint remembers its layout, including your customization. The Dashboard layout switches according to a breakpoint for your current device.
Further detection statistics and graphs are visible in the Exchange Online, OneDrive, Team groups, SharePoint sites, Gmail, Google Drive and ESET LiveGuard Advanced overview tabs. These are statistics such as the number of scanned emails and files and the number of detected spam/phishing/malware. The graphs show the traffic for each detection type—spam, malware, and phishing.
Occasionally, the announcement bar may appear. Colors indicate the announcement type (blue = news, yellow = awareness, red = warning).
Use the Dashboard tabs to switch between the view panes:
