Batch activate product

Relative path: /v1/mobile-devices:batchActivateProduct

Create a product activation task with mobile devices as its targets.

The product is picked automatically based on the parent group of a particular device.

The method can fail atomically with:
- PERMISSION_DENIED (gRPC) | 403 Forbidden (HTTP) if the caller cannot does not have rights to relevant resources (devices, device tasks and triggers).
- FAILED_PRECONDITION (gRPC) | 400 Bad Request (HTTP) if
- the devices on input do not share the same parent [device group] or
- if there is no such subscription with available product on the parent [device group].
- NOT_FOUND (gRPC) | 404 Not Found (HTTP) if some of the devices on the input does not exist.
