Manage your child requests
Your child can send requests to you through the ESET Parental Control for Android application for additional time for time-limited apps, or access to blocked web sites and apps by tapping Ask parents when ESET Parental Control for Android blocks access to them.
You can manage the requests sent from a child directly from the child's device, from your device or by using the ESET HOME portal.
Manage requests from the child's device
You can permit your child to have access to the blocked website directly from the child's device. To do so, attempt to access the blocked website or application. When ESET Parental Control for Android blocks the application, tap Allow and enter your parental pin code.
Manage requests from your device
Your child requests are shown in the Request section of the ESET Parental Control for Android application Home screen. You can manage the requests to access blocked websites or applications by tapping the Unblock or Deny options. You can manage the requests for additional time for time-limited applications by either selecting a time interval and tapping Unblock or Deny to deny the request.
