Installation

The ESET NetProtect GO app is available for both Android and Apple mobile devices. It can be downloaded for free on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Setup

When you open the ESET NetProtect GO app for the first time, you will be prompted to link your device with your ESET NetProtect account using the QR code located under your subscription. Follow the steps below to link your device.

1.Open the ESET NetProtect management portal on another device.

2.On the ESET NetProtect management portal, select the subscription that you would like to pair this device with.

3.Under linked devices select Link a new device. The QR is now displayed.

4.On your mobile device, allow access to your camera in order to scan the QR code.

5.Scan the QR code and name your device.

6.If you wish to be informed about the security status of your device, enable system notifications.

7.Allow the application to monitor your network traffic by setting up a VPN connection.

8.Activate protection.
