note_icon_important IMPORTANT

When upgrading Kerio Connect from version 8.0 to 8.1 or newer, or from 9.2.1 to a newer version, while having ESET Security for Kerio running, there is an interval of up to 30 minutes when your mail server is not protected. This is due to changes of Kerio Connect installation folders and other Kerio changes. ESET Security for Kerio checks for such changes and re-integrates itself with Kerio using new paths to installation folders and other changes in Kerio. To ensure protection at all times, we recommend you to restart your server immediately after the Kerio upgrade.

Supported Kerio Control versions:

Kerio Control 7.4 and newer

Hardware requirements depend on the operating system version and the version of Kerio product in use. We recommend reading the Kerio product documentation for more detailed information on hardware requirements.

note_icon_note NOTE

We strongly recommend that you install the latest Service Pack for your Microsoft Server operating system and server application before installing your ESET security product. We also recommend that you install the latest Windows updates and hotfixes whenever they became available.
