To install ESET Mobile Security, your Android device must meet the following system requirements:

•Operating system: Android 9 (Pie) or later

•Touchscreen resolution: minimum 240x320 px

•CPU: 500+ MHz ARMv8+ (64 bit)

•RAM: 512+ MB

•Internet connection

Support exclusions

•Devices with 32 bit CPU are not supported.

•Rooted devices are not supported. The Anti-Theft and Call Filter features are unavailable on tablets that do not support calling or messaging. If you have a dual SIM device, SIM guard might not work correctly for both SIM cards.

•Android Go is not supported.

•ESET Mobile Security requires Google Play services to work correctly. ESET Mobile Security is not supported on devices without Google Play services, such as some Huawei devices.

•The Trusted SIM cards Anti-Theft feature is not available on CDMA devices.

•Some feature functionality is OS version dependent.
