Order and activate ESET MDR

When a superior hierarchy role approves ESET MDR, an MSP must follow the activation process. After the superior role's approval, ESET MDR will appear in the MSP's dashboard tile. If ESET MDR is approved but no ESET Inspect license is activated, a note REQUIRES ESET Inspect ACTIVATION will appear next to ESET MDR.

Verify that your company has ESET MDR service available

1.Log in to ESET MSP Administrator 2.

2.Click My company > Details.

3.In the Available products tile, verify the eligible service is available. If the applicable service is not on the list, ask your MSP manager to add it.

Add a service to your customer

1.Navigate to the Companies section.

2.Click a customer.

3.Click the Edit button.

4.In Select Products, click the All Solutions tab and select ESET MDR.

5.Click Next.

6.Click Save.

Ordering and activating the ESET MDR

1.Navigate to Dashboard.

2.Click the Order button in the ESET MDR tile.

3.The Order ESET MDR window will display. Click Order.

4.The License ordered notification will display in the top corner, and ESET MDR will be active.

5.When ESET MDR is active, it will display on the Dashboard as Active.


Important

ESET MDR will be billed for all seats with a purchased ESET Inspect license and automatically enabled on all customer devices with activated ESET Inspect. If ESET Inspect is not activated on all devices, you can enable it via ESET PROTECT.
