Boot with recovery password. Log in to an administrator profile without synchronizing with your ESET Full Disk Encryption password if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled. If required, you can set up Pause FDE authentication ahead of planned maintenance.

 

Does ESET Full Disk Encryption SSO support Microsoft Azure domains?

No, ESET Full Disk Encryption only supports a traditional domain running on a Windows Server in a local network environment.

 

Does ESET Full Disk Encryption SSO support macOS?

No, ESET Full Disk Encryption SSO is only supported on Windows operating systems.

 

How do I resynchronize SSO?

If an SSO-configured user cannot log in to the encryption pre-boot authentication screen using their domain password, have them perform encryption password recovery, then log in to Windows manually and select the Sync ESET Full Disk Encryption and Windows passwords (use single sign-on) check box.

 

Can I add multiple users into SSO?

No, EFDE does not support multiple users into SSO. Single Sing-On of one user for one computer only.
