What to do if the program does not work properly

When all modules are functioning correctly, a green You are protected header displays in the Overview section. When a module malfunctioning, a red Security alert header or an orange Attention required header displays. ESET Cyber Security shows additional information about the module and a suggested solution for fixing issues. To change the status of individual modules, click the blue link below each notification message.
