Where can I find my subscription

If you purchased a subscription online, you received an email from ESET containing your Activation Key (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), Public ID (xxx-xxx-xxx), product name (or list of products) and quantity. If you purchased a retail boxed version of the product, the Activation Key is located inside or on the backside of the product package. ESET Cyber Security features will be available based on the type of subscription purchased. Therefore in case you purchased a lower tier subscription without firewall, none of firewall features will be accessible within the application.
