ESET Cloud Administrator

ESET Cloud Administrator (ECA) is a robust solution for managing endpoint and server security.



License required to activate ESET Cloud Administrator

An eligible license is required to activate ESET Cloud Administrator directly from the dashboard of ESET Business Account portal. Trial license activated in ESET Business Account portal is eligible.

Activate ESET Cloud Administrator (ECA)

If you are a superuser and you start a free trial or import an eligible license, you can request activation of ECA:

1.Navigate to Dashboard and click Activate under the ESET Cloud Administrator tile .

2.The activation wizard will refer to the Terms of Use of ECA, and display the optimal data center location based on your current location.  Select I agree to the Terms of Use and click Continue.  


3.Wait until the Your Cloud Administrator is ready notification window is displayed.

4.If you exit the notification window, you can access ECA by clicking Open in the ESET Cloud Administrator tile in the Dashboard. Click Continue.

5.Click Activate to activate two-factor authentication, or click Continue to skip the activation.

6.The ECA Web Console will open in a new browser tab.


Delete ESET Cloud Administrator account


Prior to deleting your ECA account, uninstall ECA agent from managed devices.

1.To delete your ECA account, click the gear icon icon-settings-gear on the ESET Cloud Administrator tile in the Dashboard and click Delete Cloud Administrator.


Alternatively, navigate to Details, click Delete Cloud Administrator.

2.To confirm deletion, enter your ESET Business Account password to Password confirmation field, click Delete.



Contacting ESET Technical Support

If you need to contact ESET support regarding your activated ECA account, you will need to provide the ID of your ESET Cloud Administrator instance that is located in the Help > About section of the ESET Business Account portal.
